Shipping - They grow fast so we ship fast!
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping is typically listed as Free for the Lower 48 States and is calculated by weight for international shipping.
Shipping for the lower 48 States is a flat rate of $2.00 per item with combination shipping available if you purchase more than one. We try to make shipping as cost effective as possible for our customers.
Shipping for other destinations is based on weight (ounces) and will be rounded up to the next full ounce for calculation. Again we try to make this as cost effective as possible.
We ship twice a week and you should expect your order quickly and no more then 7-10 days from the day of purchase (US Customers) Unlike many other companies like our own that waiting long periods of time for something you saw on Instagram is unacceptable and many times these designs are gifts. If you need something faster then the 7-10 day period please contact us and we can often ship a purchase faster.
Returns Policy - We are ALL human.
We only accept returns for incorrect orders and or defective or damaged items. Incorrect orders must be returned with the tags still attached. We are all human and make mistakes and should be understanding on both ends of the spectrum, work with us and we will work with you!
All designs have been tested and pre-shrunk and as long as you follow the care instructions your purchase should stay looking great. However, not following the instructions and drying items on high temperatures can affect the lifespan. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for not following our care instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
